It will be done by then and they are doing the back half of the terrace, from the walk way to the top, the bottom half will be in the sun if we are lucky.

Just to put things straight there is no away end at BV is a family stadium not a football stadium segregated leke some rugby league grounds HTH

I accept that compared to a brand new purpose built stand it will look crap but compared to what was there before surely it looks better?

I'm not sure what you were expecting, but for a temporary structure that gets the RFL off our back, I think it looks just fine - it could have been much worse if the original, cheaper option had been delivered.

The purpose of the new stands is to give some cover if it rains. Nothing else.

You could hear more noise from the East stand. Generated a much better atmosphere.

Does anyone remember the lack of atmosphere in the ground when the South end was completely open? The flats, apart from generating lads of income and providing amazing hospitality opportunities, went a long way towards preventing the atmosphere rushing out of the stadium.

The new roof did a simular thing on Sunday by bouncing the sound from the East and North Terrace back into the ground, the roof on the North terrace will improve things even more.

It won't look pretty but it will achieve a positive effect on the match day atmosphere and it does signal our intent to be better as a club and make positive strides forward.

I'd still like to see a back put on it.
