Well, I'm a Fev fan and PROBIZ are our new main sponsor and frankly, I'm concered.

If you do some investigation on the web, Probiz appears to be a little too good to be true. In fact I'd go as far as saying that it looks like a modern day Ponzi scheme.

I'm really quite worried that so many of our clubs and now the RFL themselves are relying on this company for huge amounts of money, I would not be at all suprised if it collapsed in a sudden and spectacular fashion.

Why do you think it would be a Castleford thing? Get a grip you imbecile, Probiz do sponsor other clubs in the RFL, such as Wigan where they are an associate (means not the main) sponsor and at Halifax (you remember them, the club that bailed you out last season when your clueless club turned up for a televised game with the wrong kit) where Probiz are the main sponsor. So as you can see it is not likely to be a CTRLFC thing at all.

Firstly wind your neck in cocka, no need for the abuse is there!! Cas will be the only Super League club that will have Probiz on their shirts this year. They will also be the main sponsor of the Flat Cappers (only because they aren't in Super League) and will no longer be sponsoring Halifax (from the man himself). While we are talking in the past tense, I think a kit mix up by our "clueless club" is small fry to what your club managed to do last year. Therefore save your breath mate and in regards to "it is not likely to be a CTRLFC thing at all", again I say "what a load of rubbish" as anything remotely linked with us get's jumped on.

I'm with you on this one, I've tried to get t the bottom of this business and it's actually very very secretive.

One of the core activities though seems to be very close to time shares in that the Accountancy and FA firms involved are required to invest or are required to advise their clients to invest in overseas property as a way of manipulating TAX legislation. Probiz then takes a 'comission' on the transactions and offers bonuses to those companies who participate.

I wonder if the FSA have yet caught up with this new method of raising commission within their industry? Quite often it takes legislative organisations a while to make rulings on such innovations as was the case a few years back with the 'copyplan' schemes that wrought such havoc within the office equipment industry.

In the meantime opportunistic individuals make a small fortune exploiting the loophole and then disappear when it's eventually closed. Others are left high and dry and have to pick up the pieces of the financial devastation left behind.

Maybe the FSA have already ruled on Probiz activity and found nothing wrong, if so no problem and good luck to all concerned.
