well the lads are all primed and ready after a good run out today

no injuries with hopefully our regular full back returning after three weeks away so we would be just one player from full strength and that's after our first league game where he had dislocated his knee.

i guess its all about what side of the fence you sit in , some say school is more important . Ketty sent a weakened squad and gladly squeezed through the BARLA semis.
they may be outta the cup now in schools terms but the ones who put loads into rugby have a final.

To be fair to Outwood the lads probably get more time training for RL at school than they do for Stanley, they've also learned a huge amount about playing big games from their experiences in the Carnegie Champions Cup, the school takes the sport seriously. There might be any number of reasons why they can't postpone their games, it might not be just stubbornness on their part.

well it looks like my lad is going to get the run out tomoz just hope the knee holds out

we managed to reduced the swelling with with a pack of frozen peas and massage and also a trip to see Lee Robinson at physiowise.

got to take my hat to the lad as it probably been the worst bruising and swelling I've seen him have but he wants this cup so bad after losing to Hunslet Parkslide and Oulton Raiders
