Largley irrelevent because whichever one of these wins will be cannon fodder for Wigan.
Hard to chose, but if forced into a decision i'd rather cheer for Cas than Leeds

dont you think its really pathetic some of the posts put 'i hate cas more' you should be ashamed you would want Leeds Rhinos to win above the Tigers. Yes the two clubs have a rivalry but that is in place for friendly banter and to make good atmosphere. When you were odds on to drop out of the league you had real Wakefield Fans on this board saying they will miss the local rivalry and the bumper crowds! low and behold you have your part time fans crawling out of the woodwork to be pathetic! Every fan gets a little jealous of there rivals i.e when you hammered us at magic weekend couple of years ago and when you had a fantastic year under McNally i think it was. Now hardly any of you will admit it but at times you will have been jealous with how Cas have performed and there is nothing wrong with that at all. You should route for the Tigers because we have to show that the Wakefield District is a Rugby League fortress because in 3 years time were all going to be in same boat again. We should all start using our brain a little bit....bloody shouting for Leeds Rhinos! we both have that in common we all do hate leeds and there moaning mentality and there fans excuse for everything!

Nothing better than seeing Leeds underachieve. Nothing worse than seeing Cas overachieve. When they play each other, I always root for Cas though.
If I'm honest, I quite like Cas. They are what the game is all about, a strong working class town playing a brutal sport.

It's a tough call, but bragging rights between us and cas outsert them between us and Leeds, it's marginal but that's how I see it.
Cas are our local rivals, Leeds they have Bramley and Hunslet, and the way things are going............. |
