Cas supporters are already on slippery slope re ground development,but they have got a sky slope to fall back on.

Can anyone shed any light as to the significance of the letter that York Court handed in at the PI today. I assume there had to be more substance to it then just Colin Mackie writing a few lines to say the stadium is fully funded and will be built before the units (ie some proof of some kind to back it up).

I did ask bigalf genuinely for his view on it given he appears to have a keen interest in the PI and has been quite vocal that the funding ain't there even if all the units are sold first, but he wanted to see a copy first and his only contribution at this stage was - the written evidence statements he has seen would seem to contradict the contents of the York Court letter.

And a ski slope too!

He is a Cas fan, they make any rubbish up on off chance they might be right. Simple as that. If York court say the fundings in place, no one can argue with that. I very much doubt any Cas fan knows any information that isn't known to everyone else.

Have you ever stepped back and thought that (as the PI isn't just about the stadium) when YC have been asked "is it fully funded?" they might be talking about the whole complex at NM?
