Exactly - it was worth a punt by any Cas fan wanting to make mischief. However it's not the Trinity fan way, give us a hint of bad news no matter how vague and they will embrace it like a lost child.

Yep that is what i'd heard, though not from the cas site. My take is that Yorkcourt want to sell some assets and the Newmarket site, or part thereof, is amongst the land that they are willing to listen to offers on. I suppose it would depend on who buys it to how it pans out but my feeling is that it would be a rather large fly in the ointment.

Again without the full facts I can’t understand why Oakwell has been dropped from the agenda. It may not of secured a license but it could’ve made the decision a lot closer than it is now.

I agree, it's so obvious. As AG doesn't strike me as a fool you have to trust he has a very good reason for not doing it - the yet to be known plan C perhaps

Makes you wonder, considering it was our only ace up our sleeves. Most disappointing thing is that we are not even making a real fight of staying in SL. It just seems the consequences of been kicked out haven't sunk in. When we go the chances of ever coming back will be very slim!

Let's wait and see until after all the franchise applications are submitted including Cas's 701 page document (joke before anyone gets upset )
