First of all I am a person not a thing. I don't dispute he has been a good player for us but in my personal opinion he his not the messiah everyone believes. I am not bitter at all we went down exactly the opposite as it gives us chance to re group on the field.if you check back you will also see I praised mc and jm when the majority on here could not see for their blinkers the foundations they laid plus thought it would be good idea for jm to oversee img but I know think me has that covered. So from past experience I can see the advantages of going back to go forward as we are doing now which of course is helped by someone with more money and resources. Re dave he liked to be the big fish in a small pond and always wondered why if he was that great then why did the top four not spend th4 money on him. I won't buy the loyalty thing either as money always talks. Good player yes , crowd pleaser yes , gentlemen yes , value for money, think could have spent more wisely.

Caleb deserves people to comment on his signing without being derailed about Fifita.
And Dave deserves people being able to counter Trin's point if they want.

Sorry Pop Tart if out of order ,but think we should look forward and not backward .As far as Caleb Uele is concerned most fans will be glad he as come to the club ,but hard to judge till he as played . Different from a player who as come to this club from our S L We new how bad they were, said so ,and the club still signed them lol

What I liked most about Fifita wasn’t his bullocking runs or the way he could get the crowd on the edge of their seats , but for me his loyalty was beyond doubt his greatest asset imo . It only emerged near the end of his time with us just how many clubs had courted him with I suspect with far better offers than we could muster at the time ,yet stayed loyal to the end ,and even came back to lead the charge in the face of relegation . In this day and age and the mercenary dealings in sport , that says to me a lot about the guy he was . He could have definitely gone back home wealthier monetary wise if he’d have taken the kings ransom, but credit to him he stuck with us and put aside any hopes or aspirations of silverware that he may have had to stay loyal to the end , and for that I take my hat off to the big man .

I got told this morning that it was Dave and his brother Andrew that put us in touch with Uele and they are doing a bit of un-official scouting for us down-under
