If my memory is correct did he also get injured in training shortly after arriving with us ? I can't keep up with all the injuries but we do seem to pick up as many in training as we do on match days.

We do seem to get injuries rather frequently or unfortunately, I hope the system is well and truly overhauled. Lino anyone?

Relying on injury prone players has never worked well for us in the past so I'm surprised people didn’t see this coming.

I hope if Lino does come back in it’s not playing how he was and playing more as the player we need.

I think Lino got injured in training too. He must have been out for at least a month now.

Unfortunately it seems Lino has never been the leader we'd hoped for ., more like an headless chicken . ......having Gale on the field these last couple of weeks has just highlighted that ! Don't blame Lino ..he is what he is , the recruitment has been to blame .

Not really I blame the people who sign them.

I don’t blame Lino as like you say he is more a running off the cuff player. It certainly highlights we need an organiser at 7. He doesn’t really need to lead though, he needs to create space and get players around him moving. I just think he lacks the vision to organise plays. I won’t fault Lino for the effort he’s shown but it’s smarts we need. I’ll back Lino if he takes the field though.

Who would play 7 if Gale, Lino and Smith are out though? Would have to be a young lad getting his shot possibly. Abrahams maybe?

Harry Bowes played at 7 last year in Catalan, and did ok as I recall but I'm not sure who played 6 that day.
