Try saver from Johnstone is what we expect there's more people on here slagged him off regarding his defence. I spoke to at least 5 players this week who are really dismayed with the attitude of some fans towards Chester. I'm starting to think this website is a anti Wakefield forum for gods sake give credit where its due in such difficult times. Wakefield would have beaten the majority of teams tonight with that effort.

It’s the spine that defines any attack and ours isn’t good enough imo. Walker hasn’t done a thing since coming from London, Hampshire & Jowitt are streets ahead. I’m not jumping on Walker as he seems low on confidence but the fullback role is key to any attack, especially when you’ve got a left edge of TJ and Bill. Imagine them on the outside of French for example.

It certainly wasn’t the forwards who lost the game tonight, they matched Wigan if not bettered.

All in all a decent performance and one we could have won.
