Jowitt burst on to the scene the same time as Johnstone and Crowther but feel he hasn’t become as established as the other two, which I feel is a shame as he is a talented player. Johnstone’s established himself as a truely clinical finisher and Crowther a no nonsense forward who rips in and clearly wears the badge with pride. Be great to see if Jowitt cements himself at half back because he’s done sod all wrong to justify not playing there next week.

It appeared that a couple of seasons ago CC seemed to have a grudge against Max. May be there was a reason, but despite putting in "man of the match" displays Chester would drop him for the following game. He's never been allowed a continuous run in the side.

He has had runs in the first team
And he has been given a long contract to show that his coach and chairman back him.
