But box could tell YC they don't get to pick and choose which trust they deal with and why would they need to know the trusts business plan if they weren't planning on taking a slice

Just a thought:
Is there a mechanism to block or object to the registration of walker's new limited trust with companies house?
It seems like a hostile replacement of an existing body.

It seems that only objections to names that are 'too like' is possible. Adding a couple of words gets round it.
It is possible to take civil action for 'passing off' though as they are in the same business and the general public could be confused. Judean people's front territory.

Hmm doesn't make great reading that does it. If fact it hardly makes any reading at all which is part of the problem. Nobody could be expected be expected to just accept that, it needs some flesh on the bones, timescales, cpsts, trigger points etc. Has the council made its statement in relation to it yet?

Don't think you can stop him setting up a Trust but the solution is simple. The Council tell him to go forth and multiply as they will only deal with the W&DCT which you have heard before was set up by the Council to facilitate the delivery of the Stadium.

There is no need for another Trust, it's being set up to deliberately to make sure the stadium does not get built in my opinion or another off the wall hypothesis is to try and remove Chris and Michael and someone else will then take control of the Club.

Seriously hope not. MC has been the best thing for this club in getting our finances sorted. Forthright and honest when being interviewed. Think we would be in a real hole if he goes.

Let's hope he and Chris don't get brassed off with all this after all the hard work they have put in.

I've e-mailed my three councillors but I'm sure I'll just get generic replies so I think I might pop into their next surgery and ask them to their faces, especially since they're the councillors for Stanley and one of them even claims to be a big rugby fan! Unfortunately he seems to be quite happy to watch rugby die in Wakefield.

And this is a question that needs to be raised at the next council meeting because there is no logical reason why they haven't told YC and Walker the existing trust is who is dealing with the stadium
