On several occasions yesterday when we were attacking near the line, every time he was surrounded by Saints players. How many times in the past have we stood off other teams creative players and not closed them down. Could lessons be learnt there moving forward.

It was the perfect example of how to close down creative players, thus redecing their options.

Also, it shows the threat that opposing teams fear that he poses

You say it as if they weren't trying to quickly close down the Saints attack as opposed to the fact that they couldn't as Saints were winning pretty much every PTB and Roby was tearing us apart.

It is a general observation I have made Jakey over the course of a period of time.

TBH that's always been my main gripe with trinity, over the years, the defensive line don't seem to press up on the attack as other teams do, certainly not as fast. Although I must admit I think this has got a little bit better this season I still think we give them too much time.

Last tackle as well, oppositions half back seems to have all the time in the world to place a kick regardless whether they are on a roll steamrolling us or if we have them pinned down winning the battle, pressure on a kicker can make all the difference.
