In my opinion Sio should definitely have been sin binned for the crusher. It's a shocking tackle in my opinion that can do serious damage. The problem is, and the reason some of you will feel hard done to, is that every ref deals with it different. Some will just award a penalty and some will sin bin. All crushers need to be treat exactly the same.... A yellow card.
Should have been 2 yellows for Leigh. A professional foul near their line and of course the knee to the head.

I've enjoyed watching Wakey in this middle 8s. You're playing some lovely rugby. Today was more of a grind out win rather than fancy stuff but that was a good tactic. Leigh don't seem to like hard graft, they just throw the ball and hope something sticks.

We ground it out second half and tackled much better than in the first. Very happy to have won though especially after being a man down for 10. You just knew we'd end up with one in the bin after he let 3 go for them. Absolute joke of a referee on that score and the video ref was borderline on Riley's try, some would've given that as a try.

Only seen a clip but the 'knee' to the head seemed very soft. A deliberate act but certainly not enough in it for a sending off or sin binning.

Great result. Possibly the toughest game the club had left in this mini league (aside from the potential play off) so to get a result like that is superb. Hope KR have a tough game next week both emotionally and physically.
