Thought we were pretty rubbish until Moore and Godinet came on and injected some urgency and in Moore's case, hard direct running.
Moore not everyone's cup of tea, not the most technical prop, who is prone to a few mistakes but does what he does with great effect.
If all the rest of the forwards ran like him today, we could have sneaked it.
Moore and Godinet went off and the momentum was lost when only 6 points behind.

About two years two late.

Positive:-
Agar picked Sykes and Washbrooke.
We are one more defeat nearer to him going.

Nothing positive today for me.
An average to poor Cas side that we couldn't match.
Agar doesn't know how to accommodate our full backs.
Agar doesn't know who are best half backs are.
Kirmo playing injured.
Washbrook poor again.
I'll probably be dodging the next home game on the past four performances.
As a season ticket holder though I won't be harming the club.

Don't think Washbrook or Sykes were any where near as bad as Scruton or Mathers !

Were a poor side we lost 3 matches in our last 15 games yes we was not good today it is a good job for you.

Think his point is that today Cas were average and didn't have to do owt special to roll us over.
More of a concern for us how we are responding to each defeat.
Can't get any consistency when the team is shuffled about.
Cas have a good settled 17 that know what they are doing and even when not playing on top of their game can win, they responded perfectly to losing to Saints.

Cas have a pack that is getting the team going forward and giving room for the backs to perform. Our pack is not….Moore apart.

most of that is rubbish. they didn't score at will. it wasn't like a training game at all. we were in that game for 65 mins and put some decent effort in. the score might have blown out towards the end. possibly a fitness thing but if we'd have cut out a few silly mistakes and capitalised on a few chances it would have been a lot closer. I have watched wakefield every game this season and there definitely was a marked improvement today. cas I have watched 4 times this season and apart from luke dorn they played their usual game. but there again we had a couple of decent players
missing. if we keep pushing we will get there. the only big disappointment we had today was scruton

The difference is Cas have a top class coach! we've got a top class buffoon.

Or better fitness regime ??
