| I went last night and thought we played really well. But Leeds know how easy it is to score a try by just taking the attack to our wings. I am sure they will do the same next week.

| Quote Adam_Harrison9="Adam_Harrison9"Agar's decisions tonight to play washbrook at 6 and Trout in the second row were bizarre. I think Trout gives 100% but he is not super league standard unfortunately. Washbrook at 6 over Goulding/Wildie is just ridiculous. I can't defend those kinds of decisions. That said, we were a few individual errors off winning while playing rubbish again. Can't fault the defence but once again it was down to individual errors. 2 points lost on reflection.'"
I can't agree about trout giving 100% , to me he looks lazy and like he wants to walk instead of run. I would just like to see more energy from him.

Tbf yeah. When you compare the way an Amor or an Annakin or an Aiton runs the ball in to Trout you can see the difference in conviction.

I've not given up hope! We need to win on Friday though, which judging on last nights game doesn't seem unrealistic.

| Quote Wakefield No 1="Wakefield No 1"We didn't give ourselves a chance tonight, Leeds should have won by distance, you can't win games by continually turning the ball over in your own half. Silly penalties, lost ball under no pressure, having little idea in attack... The list goes on!

What s silly over reaction.

| Our ball handling has been shocking for the last 3/4 games, but fortunately for us we've managed to dig ourselves out of holes and win those matches. Last night we faced much improved opponents and we just couldn't do it.
The defence was fantastic, as was the effort but you cannot give up as much ball as we did and expect to beat sides either in the top 8 or vying for it.
We didn't lose because Collis or Sykes were injured, or Washbrook was at 6. We simply lost because we kept knocking on. I think we only had 5 sets where we got into Leeds' 20m.

| Well, it's normally me posting the criticisms and getting a few telling me to belt up. I couldn't go and have loads of work on so only saw brief score flashes...thought we must have had a good game. How wrong can you be it seems? I was talking to a mate in Beverley tonight who follows the game less closely than he used to and he asked me how we were doing. I said, it's frustrating. In flashes, we look like a side who could really be a top 6 side if only we could cut out the silly errors, forced passes, daft pens, over-running the ball. I've said it before, we lack composure. We play RL like a teenage boy getting his hands on his first girlfriend. If only we could cool down! It's been a common theme alll the time Agar has been in charge. How to soleveit?????

Sadly, I agree, he is a liability. The 'He used to do that for us' song at Hull KR when he dopped yet another kick, says it all. He is defensively inept, as much as I like his attack play, running the ball in and finishing...all top notch but in defence it is frightening to see as the game gets near him if there is any pressure on the line

| If sinfield is still out I would hope that we target peacock heavily at belle vue.
The amount of times peacock was first reciever with burrows running behind waiting for a pass from peacock was apparent for all to see and allowed burrows space to run laterally with space in front of him.
If peacock is again the first reciever I'd hope we get in his face so that he has no or less time to pass to burrows or we have a player designated to stop burrows lateral runs. Then again that's a tricky one as we did defend well and maybe we would be playing into burrows hands by having a player trying to cut him off so he can step inside.
Be interesting to see if our structure is tweaked to try and address this or remains with hopefully the same attitude and effort applied in defence but more composure in attack.
Looking forward to the game this Friday. Should be a cracker
