Some of this is just players under performing en masse.

Never have I in all the years said get rid of a coach right from first watching in the 60s as a boy.Guess what the sooner they get rid of Agar the better if this continues all the fans the club have managed to bring back into the fold will be lost.Looking at Agar in the dressing room he was wandering round like he couldnt care less.Every club has now worked out where we can be breached and are weak.Who is responsible for the defensive structures at the club ? the coach.We are in the second season of poor defending and attempting to outscore the opposition.Agar wont quit he proved that at FC so unless he gets the bullet we have to look forward to more of the same and LOWER turn out by the fans week by week.When he comes to the end of his contract the fans will be down to a couple of thousand and less money coming in.

The buck stops with the coach he is the one who conducts training, who decides tactics, who picks the team, who makes the substitutions, who takes the h/t team talk and who picks the same players who are making the same errors on the pitch week after week.

Who's accountable for getting rid of Ellis and Mariano? Wood and Molloy not even in the squad today so nobody can say we've got better players.
