| Quote bellycouldtackle="bellycouldtackle"Could be wrong but I thought we were told that he has accepted both the Leeds and the Wakefield deals, the only question was do Leeds want him. If yes then he goes to Leeds, if Leeds do not want him them he would go to Wakey. No transfer fee involved. So if Leeds have decided they do not want him and then a third party club comes in and offers Leeds a transfer fee you could see why Leeds would have him back in order to collect the transfer fee. What could also have happened is that a third party club simply contacted the player and made him a huge offer and the player and his agent have manufactured the move with Leeds. Its taken me 50 years to understand that there is no such thing as club loyalty when it comes to players so I suppose it could be true that he is going to another club, if its true I have enjoyed his playing style at Trinity but as I am a sad, bitter fan I hope any move away from Trinity is a failure and that he is so unhappy that he begs to come back, then true to form I will forgive him fr going in the first place. Money talks.'"
If this were the case Leeds will have done nothing wrong but in my opinion they have not been honourable either.
Also the club should make sure they don't get into this type of contract deal ever again.

| As said on the other thread Amor has signed two deals and can only rip one up and can't go elsewhere.

| If Leeds take up their option then he is a Leeds player and they can do what they want as any ` deal ` to play for Trinity next year will be null and void, Leeds are then in a position to sell him, like any other player on their books to anyone who wants to make them an offer. I spoke to a Hull junior coach last night and he believed that the deal to take Amor to Hull from Leeds was completed ` weeks ago `. We can only guess at why if this is true Leeds and Trinity would put out a press realease that suggested the player was making his mind up later in the season. I can just see powerfull men like Hetherington and Andrew Glover allowing players to dictate to them like this and this is why I would guess that the move to Hull is a done deal.

| And this Hull junior coach is ?.Would think GH and AG are better men than to fudge a press statement like that.

This scenario would certainly explain the delay in the announcement, although I would have thought they would not have phrased the press release announcing it, as leaving it to Kyle to choose if he had already agreed to sign for Hull. Clearly, if he does sign for Hull via Leeds, then our club are going to have some explaining to do regarding why they seemingly went along with misleading us.

| If it's an announcement being made either at the match or in the programme, why would it be anything other than positive news? They aren't going to announce that Amor won't be at BV next year either before the match or at half time as he'd only get booed for the rest of the match if that happened.

| Seems fairly straight forward then, and there are a couple of ways it could pan out really, A: If Kyle decides to go back to Leeds and he is aware of any plan to sell him straight on to Hull, then this is something he must have factored into his decision, and everythings Kosher and above board, not a happy scenario but thats life and we move on, OR B: Kyle stays at Trin and he is already well into the 3 year provisional contract he signed with us at the end of last season, again all kosher and everybodys happy. Not a brilliant way of doing business in my book but if the end justifies the means then fair enough. Much as I dislike the Loiners I can't really find a way to be harsh on them for this.

| Think if they are making such a big thing of this, its a new big signing for next year Mathers or Sykes would be good news but not amazingly exciting news.
