Agree about Murph never seems to me to have a bad game, had he gone to shudds would now be around the England team (see Cudjoe ).
Today for the first time ages we looked strong in the centres which is Georges proper position.
Thought we played the conditions really well and thoroughly deserved the win. |

I'm a pretty poor excuse of a stay away fan. Kinda felt it was a sure thing today for some reason.
Anyway without delving off topic too far, 5 wakey players ran out of their way to pat Luke on the back for his stint. Great to see. You occasionally see it for last ditch tackles or dislodging hits but just outgoing praise for effort was probably the highlight of the match for me. |

Absolutely awesome today. He was BY FAR my Man of the match, even though Moore and Tony were outstanding aswell. Top effort Lukey, keep it up next week, and the week after, and forever (whilst in a Wakey shirt).

Disagree there. When fit, George has had a good season so far at centre. Way way better than previous years. Another notch up today though. Deffo MotM for me. |

Agree with Luke being motm thought he was awesome today.also think forwards worked their socks off.on the down side thought the large linesman on the east stand side in second half was a joke and seemed to do al he could to make us lose the game.also was it the right decision to give drop out against us when they kicked a penalty straight touch in goal?

Nail on the head. It isn't that he cannot tackle it's just he has a habit of standing too tight look at the Saints try we conceded straight from a scrum. |

I agree. I have been a George fans for yonks and really could not understand the stick he has received as I don't think this is his first MOM performance though I do think it's his best of the season.
For me he is the most natural talent we have at the club and it now looks as though he has realised that - faultless performance. |
