| To be honest Harlequins allowed us so much time when we broke through it was embarrasing! One of the tries Tommy Lee had time to make a cup of tea before he decided he was going to kick through on the last tackle regather and pass it outwide..

| Thought our attack was superb today but we are still looking very suspect out wide in defence(Penny was terrible in 2nd half).
Thought Morrison and Jefferies were excellent but also thought Higgins went pretty well in the heat and Mariano and Johnson showed up well,Griffin also looked good making some good breaks and also helping George in defence.
Lets hope its not a one off and we can now back it up.

| Just got back.
Thought the attacking play today was great, plenty of pace, some great timing of the pass and good support play.
Big raps for Wildie who wasn't afraid to take on the line and looked solid in defence as did Blaymire.
Thought Quins only got a sniff due to the fact that we didn't have the ball for 10 minutes in the 2nd half when they scored 16 points, greatly helped by the referee piggy backing them down the field on numerous occasions.
We do have the odd brain explosion still though, like Chris Dean throwing that silly pass out on the first tackle in their 20 when we hadn't seen the ball for 10 mins and quins had some momentum.
Defence out wide suspect again, if Murphy is fit, I would put George back on the wing and Murph into centre for St's

Overall George wasn't bad, but I thought he cost us one try when he shot out of the line going for the interception

Agreed - had to laugh when he ran Pryce into touch near the end of the game and forced him into making a kick, the big wuss.

| Luke Robinson on Yorkshire Radio had Tommy Lee down as his MOM. How did he get on?
At least now we're getting a settled set of pivots (BJ, Lee, Le barbu and Howarth). I know that Quins aren't going to be the toughest opponents but maybe we're finally seeing combinations working and the team beginning to gel.

I wouldn't take it away from Morro as he had an outstanding game today, but Lee was excellent - he's really starting to click and with an on-song BJ, we were a genuine attacking threat.

| cant believe no one has mentioned howarth looks like he is growing in confidence to me and he has a good pair of hands on him too thought mariano went well as did all the forwards chris dean is a big bugger to stop near the line thought lee and jeffries look like there getting understanding bjs ball to morrison that luke george bombed with an open line was a pearler of a ball all in all was very happy today , only downsides i could see and im not one to criticise players is i think we need johnson in for penny ( although i think he was struggling second half) and i can see peoples views on here that gledhill will be a good player but dont think hes ready yet too many mistakes .

| Howarth is looking like a very good signing, he is good with ball in hand and is good in defence. I really hope we can keep hold of him because he could IMO become one of the best Loose forwards in SL.

Don't get carried away; we looked great today because Quins gave us room to play and were woeful in defence - I can't see Stains making it that easy for us.

| Very good in attack but defensively out wide we are attrocious we are going to get a toweling by the likes of Saints and close games we could lose if we dont sort it out. Penny is not good enough and unless George sorts his defence out another one for me who needs to be shown the door.
Is it down to coaching or are our threequaters just not good enough with the sliding defence ?..I know its the modern way but for me man for man marking would have saved several tries today..on the positive side
Thought Higgins ran in well and Dean was immense as was Tommy Lee and Morrsison was just Morrison quality hard working pro.
