In a sense yes it does, and I’m surprised the RFL have made the same mistake again but it’s a fine balance they have to strike. |

| I would have thought in 3 years we would definately be competing against:
Leigh
Halifax
Toulouse
New stadiums permitting:
Barrow
Fev
Outsiders:
Sheffield
South Wales
Any other outpost the RFL introduce between now and then
Without taking into account the criteria (which will be made up accordingley!) and performances on the field (minor detail  ) and trying to look at it how the RFL see things, in another 3 years, even with a new stadium, i would have thought we would definately be behind Toulouse & Barrow (stadium permitting) just on location alone. I would probably put us level with Leigh, Halifax, Fev ( new/improved ground?) and maybe even Sheffield. On that basis, i think we may be in for a struggle.
As terrible as it sounds i think our best hope may lay in the Crusaders financially struggling to see this season out, but even then it may be a close call between ourselves and Halifax. |

totally agree, when we go it will be for good, the way the Super League is run at the moment and the rule changing and tinkering every year it wont matter in the long run anyway, fans getting fed up when all the talk is about off the field events and not on it, not liking the path they are taking the game and their vision of where they want it to be in the future cos its definately not going to have anything to do with most of the heartland clubs(apart from a couple) that have kept RL going and served it well over the years |
