i agree no creativety in the halfs thought it was a gutsy effort by all the first 10 mins did the damage for me dont bother apoligising to korkis fan club they have heard you bag player befor and i am sure they are use to it get behind the team together we are stronger

I saw a poor Super League side beat a fair Championship side today. Unfortunately Ted's strategy of reducing the wage bill resulted in us signing players that are not up to the best of Super League and consequently we have a team that would go okay in the Championship but is going to be badly exposed at SL.

Not having a go at the players as I think they tried but there is no substitute for quality and class and unfortunately we lack that where it matters most at half back. It was noticeable that as we were getting beat by an increasing margin the fans never once got on the players backs.

As I said I cannot fault the effort of the players they flogged their hearts out no one more than Morrison. They will improve with experience but I'm afraid there are some big defeats coming and we'd better get used to it. I won't have a go as long as they are putting the effort in.

Andrew Glover seems a good guy and I will give him 100% support but I fear he will not be able to undue the damage caused by Ted, certainly not this season and perhaps never, but the blame won't be on his shoulders.

Plenty of effort but as already has been said, we just lack that attacking spark to create anything. Having said that i think Tommy Lee played well as did Frankie Mariano.

yes many of us were disappointed at the way how korky was the only pack member who actually needed grounding by force.....FFS sometime i dispair

Gledhill actually played 60 mins for the 20's yesterday followed by 60 mins today for the first team. Thought he went really well today along with Frankie Mariano who I thought was our best player.

Bet he sleeps tonight!!

Didn't see Mariano or any other member of the pack for that matter, throwing stupid punches while in possessin on the first tackle right on the Salford line when we'd built up a little bit of momentum either!

Good point, had we scored on that set it could have been a different game.

we could play this game all night , i think its safe to say that both players had decent stints but the service was not quite as per SL Standard IMHO

As i thought alot of people on here who was hyping this game up would slag the team off if the result went the wrong way..credit to GET EM ON SIDE REF,WAKEFIELD NO1 FAN and a few more for sticking behind the team no matter what the result was (which is what we need this year). Very hard conditions today and well done wakefield for putting in 100%. Was very dissapointed with alot wakey fans walking out with 20 minutes to go. Least you could do is clap them off so they have something to fight for... at times id rather 5000 proper wakey fans turn up and support win or lose rather than 6500 turn up to moan about how we play and walk out before the games over. Play the game first then say its easy to play in these conditions and under this amount of preasure... WELL DONE WAKEY HEADS UP

Yep far too much this last week imo.

Unrealistic to expect this squad not to struggle most weeks, i hope those who want pride and effort stick with that view.
