your not wrong m8 was going to keep things to my self but what l was told about wakefield and the coaches on sat would make you scream... john kears end of season investigation was last week and lets just say he was told where things where going wrong and things that could be done and he all but said it was rubbish and that they can not play like that and there gonna play like he wants which in no uncertain terms to my friend made him believe that he does'nt know how to coach these things n players, and that the players them selfs are fed up with it and him.... dressing room gone................................... not going to name names but it gave me little hope if any for next year  |

Shocking but not suprising really. Afterall Wigan were like watching paint dry, whilst we were often showing signs of improvement during our horrendous slump according to Kear.
He needs to go - if the players aren't happy and don't buy into the way we are playing the game then we are fooked. The spirit that we have had in the past has come from everyone pulling in the same direction - if we are getting new investors it should be a clean sweep. Get a new coaching team in in the off season and give them a full season to work with the squad.

It's impossible to agree or disagree with that. All you have said is that the players disagreed with Kear. What about if they had said we want to drink beer at training and play with wingers in the front row. I think we'd expect him to say it was rubbish.
Without details of what each side said you can't conclude that Kear is wrong.

1 for instance was our attack with out saying to much playing out of our 60s in other words our 40 he said we where in capable and that it would be 1 man drives into opp half then attack how can we be incapable there pros he's supposed to be able to coach it... wish l could say more but  |

Ironically, Phil Clarke on Sky was praising Hull (maybe Sts) I think for doing exactly that and saving their forwards for the work at the other end. |
