if that is having a go at me then i would like to know why ? i travel all over watching wakefield, not just for the home games when it's warm and cannot understand why an offer like this is being made to school kids just because they go to a certain school. we live in a wf3 post code and most of my sons mates are rhino supporters. i can guarantee that his school will not see any special offers.

The Wildcats Community team will go into every school that will have them. They don't have "favourites" or "no-go schools".
My phone provider, my internet provider and Sky are all offering very good deals for new customers - should I ring them and complain about them trying to grow their business??

I can see where you are coming from and it does =red pee you off a bit, but at the end of the day we are fans of Wakey and will spend what we can afford to watch them.I don't have kids (grown up now) but £32 for a junior season ticket is a great price. Does this include away games also? The ones offered at schools may be for home games only & must be accompanied with a full paying adult.

'" needs sorting its just getting peoples back up this, we was going to get ours yesterday but will get them on sat it will save us a trip but I would like to know if the offer extends to the club shop as I get a family season ticket as you know and only used one of the childs, the other helped bring in new supporters.

whilst trying to reduce "churn" which is the main problem of offerring "better deals to new customers". if you approach your isp, mobile phone provider and sky and threaten to cancel you will always get a better deal . this is completely different, we don't want to go and watch another team due to cost. i think that the junior cost is excellent value for money as i mentioned earlier we travel all over, actually preferring the away games to home but i am annoyed that we are being expected to pay more money.
does anybody know who i need to contact about getting the community team in to my son and daughters school? or do i just email the community dept?

| The lower priced tickets have to be under-written by someone - as they are obviously selling the away day tickets as well.
The under-writing will be done through the community team as part of a package of delivery of their message and will certainly not be a case of the club just giving £17 worth away for zilch.
The club should be appluaded for making this effort to attract more youngsters to the club - even if some of us, myself included, are unlikely to see the benefit ourselves.
On the bigger picture, what is the point in attracting new supporters if we then don't get some money back from them? Yes, MONEY, for without enough of it the club can do nothing! It's the same mentality that ensures we get 4k at our first home play off game because people would rather not hace to pay £18 to watch it live.
It's nice when there are deals on, but let's not forget that the deals are only there to help generate the larger amounts required to run the club.
We cannot have a club for free!
