For me, he just lacks aggression, and in someone young, that can be down to just a slight lack of confidence in himself and concentrating on his game rather than relying on instinct. As he learns to do things without thinking about it as much, he will become a better player. He will get bigger and stronger as he gets older, and he will start to boss the opposition a bit more.
It doesn't mean that we let him take the place of someone else, but I'm not going to write him off, and next year he will be a better player.
