As you say I’d expect us to be around 11th/12th for last 3 years. Don’t think it’s possible we are outside 12th mathematically

Facilities should see us score 1.5 instead of 0.5.

LED should see us gain either 0.125 or 0.25 depending on if screen was accepted in last Octobers scores.

Performance roughly will change very little once you factor too cuampionship + 1895/maybe final.

There may be other points to be had on finance.

Yes, we can't be lower than 12th, as no club below can average above that.

That 0.25 could well prove to be massive.

If we can hit 1.5 on the facilities then that should be enough alone with a full extra point. That is the one that will be massive to ensure we meet all points. 1 full point is huge and the priority.

And don't forget, we were already ranked in the top 12 - some clubs both above and below have some heavy lifting to do, to get/stay above us.

There are easily a couple of clubs who could be dragged in and around the 10-12 mark for sure.

I’m informed that a solid handrail has now been erected which partitions the posh seats from the rest. I’ve not seen any pictures, so I don’t know what the rails look like.
