It not so much Broughs attitude but that of his team mates, the dynamics of a RL are fairly delicate - for me it's not worth the risk I'd rather move on. |

What may come out of this via recompense may be less then a potential increase in salary on the open market.

A totally dedicated Brough for the rest of the season would possibly be worth 8 points more. However, a distracted Brough may be worth 8 points less. There are too many variables to predict such out comings accurately. Who would’ve thought that Trinity would recoup a vital 12 points whilst down to 12 men without Brough on the field last Friday. |

Tbh I think he means in terms of wages, Davy's wages were taken into account when Newton was here |

I also was in the keep him until the end of the season camp, but as some have already said - if his hearts not in carrying on playing for us he will be a negative.
If we get any players in exchange they are obviously going to be in different areas of the squad than the halves. Off the top of my head, I can't think of any of the Giants players that I would want that they would be prepared to let us have.
Also not sure a pure cash deal suits us if there is nobody to spend it on.

Maybe Brough's salary is best kept for next season. There is no-one available with sufficient quality this year so no point wasting it on an inferier quick fix.
