Going back on topic, the Toulouse game is the most important game of the season because its the next game of the season. Just like the Wire game will be the most important game of the season when we meet them. I didnt think that we were up to speed with the Whinos or the conditions on thursday and all the moaners who thinks that was the 1st 17 are wide of the mark. 2x backrowers in the centres, a debutant winger, Milky going off within 5 minutes of kick off, Linos first game of the season. It was the perfect time to play us. Personally I think we will be looking around the 8th to 11th spot with the likes of Salford, HKR, and Cas.

Get our best players back on the field and we are a match for most ,just look at the HKR score last night ,and people still moaned because we lost at the champions place after putting up an almighty battle , yet saints go over to a supposedly top 6 side and blown them out of the water . What did people expect when the majority of our back line is absent ,give the lads some credit against a near as dam it full strength leeds side . We’ll be fine this season ,you heard it first here ,I’ve seen enough at saints to know that when we have bodies back and heads screwed on, tuned in ,the wins will come , of that there is no doubt .

These are my thoughts having reflected on the Leeds game. There was never as better time for Leeds to play us and get the points.
The first half was dreadful and it really did look like heads went down BUT, not so, the second half exceeded expectations and in the end wasn't too bad.
Be interesting to see if Croft is playing against Tolouse, surely Walker will if Milky is out?

This looked true until just after the Saints game. Following that we were hit with key players dropping out whilst Leeds had key players returning allowing them to field a really strong side. The bookies made Leeds 1/2 favourites and gave us 8 start and that was before we were without Miller from the 3rd minute.

I guess now Toulouse will be thinking that there will never be a better time to play Wakefield?

I don't believe he was if I remember the club's statement on the issue.
