| Quote RealSteel89="RealSteel89"End of the day. This game has the potential to be our last at Belle Vue. It should have been marketed that way. Asking old fans to come back one last time. £10 tickets. Get everyone associated with the club down. Create some atmosphere and hopefully we win and everybody has a good time. A chance to say goodbye to the old girl in style rather than having a below 3k crowd and been told after the event it was our last game. If we have another home game at belle vue then it's a bonus.
Belle Vue is our home. It means massive amounts to lots of people in different ways. It's holds memories and moments that have built this great club. The club should use this to have a celebration of that. Even if we don't move in the end what's to lose!
MC doesn't care about any of that. He doesn't get it and probably never will. He sees BV as a hindrance that he could do without. Which is disrespectful and doesn't sit well with me!'"
Maybe that's why the tickets are not £10?
Because it may not be our last game at BV?

| Or maybe we lack the will to reduce our prices regardless of the situation. I guess the friend of MC who was willing to take on the marketing job for free is definitely earning his money.

| If and when the outcome of the current discussions are known, an announcement will be made. At that time, perhaps, some of the discussions will be revealed and some of you at least will then perhaps appreciate just how difficult this has been on those involved at the club.
MC does not want to be the man who takes this club out of BV, but he also does not want to see this club continue to run in the circumstances he inherited and have, in part at least, put is where we currently are.
I don't envy anyone involved in this process!

| The question is does MC understand how some of us feel about BV because reading his tweets he does not.
I note that you still don't know what will be announced when this statement is finally made public. I think we have been more than patient and remember it was not the supporters who set the time limit by terminating the lease.
I guess we have no choice but to wait because we are not going to be told anything until the season ends but I somewhat doubt moving from BV would result in MC having any sleepless nights.

| I understand why M C gave notice when he did . That gives us 2 months when the seasons over . That would have been the perfect time to organise an event of some kind. As it stands we have no idea if it's our last home game or not and because the club have not made any arrangements things seem up in the air. It's totally disappointing that the whole issues been put or appears to have been put at 100 on the things to do list that M C keeps. It was said he was mad about the story the express run about us staying but nothing came of that. Announcements will be made doesn't really cut it when uncertainty in the air. The whole things a bloody shambles like most things at M Cs club. I don't even call it my club anymore. B v been my place of worship for over 50 years I have had some great times and some not so great but she's always be their to provide me with a choice do I go or stay away . That choice could well be taken away and I for one would appreciate some kind of notice or forward planning

| TRB says "IF AND WHEN AN OUT COME OF THE CURRENT DISCUSSIONS IS KNOWN AN ANNOUNCEMENT WILL BE MADE" How kind! Notice the IF. So after all the promises of the last few years we might never know what has been going on behind the scenes and why we have no Belle Vue and no Newmarket. It just sums up the way decent supporters like me who dutifully by season tickets every year for the last 54 years are treated with utter contempt by those currently running the club

| An ongoing saga with no end it seems.
I feel for the people genuinely trying to get things moving in their own time and without pay. These guys should be applauded not ridiculed.
I am as keen as the next man for progress and have previously stated I don't understand the secrecy but there must be a reason for it.
My real bitterness lies with the person who sold Belle Vue and deprived the supporters of our great club, of our ground, warts and all, it was 'our ground'.

| It's a sad reflection of how things are at the club I once considered mine, obviously not mine exclusively but a club to be part of. Taking things in to account Mr Carter would have been better staying away from social media and the supporters site and maintaining his white knight image. I like many love my club but once that bonds eroded it's a he'll of a climb to pull things back. People skills need developing in all walks of life but you have to have that instinct in the first place. I will always support Trinity but it's sadly my passions all but gone and once you loose your passion you loose the need.

Which time?
I have followed the developments regarding the ground situation for many years, I have dragged myself along to the Town Hall when the rallying call was raised, but now, my interest has practically ebbed away.

| Sorry to see so many people demanding news when there appears to be no news to tell. I'm not sure what benefit people would gain if MC stated "discussions are ongoing. At this moment we do not know for sure where we will be playing our home fixtures next season. Once a final agreement has been made for a venue then we will inform the fans."
If that statement was released today we'd have more people on here moaning but it is probably the most honest and accurate situation of where we are. Please read the post by IA who is more in the know than many of us.
I appreciate people are concerned about where they might have to travel next year and if it is feasible. Surely we have until at least February 2016 to figure out a bus route or who to share a car with? Can you really not wait until there is something certain to announce?
I am more concerned about the more pressing matter of whether we will be in Super League next season or not. That is a more immediaten uncertainty for me.
Rental agreements and maintenance committments can be long and drawn out processes. The fact it is taking so long reassures me because I know that MC will not accept the first and most likely unacceptable deal. He will be negotiating the best option and conditions for us to make this club sustainable long term. He has demonstrated financial acumen in making our club profitable last year. Please let him get on with getting the best deal possible for us.

Whilst I agree with your sentiments, as it stands we are shortly to be homeless and this together with S/T renewal time (other clubs are already selling early bird tickets), the matter becomes ever more pressing.
Of course, we don't know at what level we will be playing next season but, this will be sorted in just over a fortnight.
Therefore, there should be some kind of announcement soon, maybe, hopefully, possibly ,could be.................
The club should be informing fans just when they expect to tell their "customers" about next season

| Absolutely wrencat.
I expect the club to tell us customers about next season when they have something solid to tell us. The fact we have not heard anything only leads me to believe there is nothing firm to tell us.
I am sure that MC is as frustrated as the rest of us. I am sure he wants to release 2016 season tickets for sale asap so he can get some funds in, sign up some players and confirm our coach for next year. The longer this drags on the more there are missed opportunities for sales. For that very reason I am confident they are working to a goal as quick as possible. Yet it is also a goal which is not more detrimental to the club than some early bird discount season ticket sales which have been missed.
