You could message his partner Girdlegirl with that news if you want, though I think they do a lot of hobby ironing in the evenings... icon_biggrin.gif

Unlike the Staffordshire establishment, the West Yorkshire one is of the "open" kind.

Never had you down as one of the childish brigade, I overestimated you. On that I'll admit I was wrong.

Featherstone is not even a town it's a village, even if you tag on Pontefract it's not a huge catchment area and it's one it shares with two existing SL clubs.

Seems pretty clear what you are saying, Featherstone, is a village, not sure whether you're saying the same for Pontefract but that's a town also. I suppose you could have had your Devils Advocate keyboard out with the intent of provoking a debate on towns, villages, and cities, or maybe you are just wrong or just being insulting to Fetherstone Town

I meant in a population sense, pathetically literal even for you, grow up,

My understanding is that villages, towns, and cities are based on the actual population by someone in the whats a village/town/city department, so I'm assuming that's not you, has already been classified that it has enough people to be called a Town,

Rovers have a fine Stadium way better than Castleford or Wakefield, a capacity greater than Wakefield and space to create room for more spectators and some hospitality as well,

For clarity its a TOWN and not what you think it is and that's a FACT of that there is no doubt

They have a much right as any other club to have a crack at SL if they get the chance, Trinity were not welcomed with open arms in 1999 never relegated and here they are still standing SL 2021

With our current better points advantage they would need to win 4 more than us. The way Salford are playing they’re looking vulnerable.

Next three games are

Cas H
Wigan H
Salford A

If we can get 2/3 wins then I would say that pretty much puts us safe. Salford is the key must win game but we have just won 3/3 straight home games so I really fancy us against Cas and maybe wigan on our own patch.

Vs Cas will be tough on a double short turnaround but we have fresh options to bring in and I would certainly use them.

Having Ashurst, Tanginoa and Johnstone to come in is a great position to be in.

I’d also consider some fresh legs in Senior and possibly Green for this one if there’s any knocks in the prop department.

We are in great form at home and I’m sure the players will want to continue that on Wednesday.

Who cares, we shouldn’t be looking at Leigh we should be looking only at beating Cas.

I like a good debate but this is just white noise.

Featherstone is a town that does a very good impression of a large village, that’s how I see it, live with it.

I don’t think P&R as it stands is fit for purpose, I suspect neither do you but hubris has got the better of you.
