Well we knew ages ago he wanted to put student accomadation and retail units on the plot but I wasn't expecting anything on that scale tbh. Just looking at the size of those buildings, let along the retail side of things and how llittle parking there is, it makes you think, there's going to be some changes imo. How much and how it will be of any benefit to us us is anyones gues. Maybe if he invests in the stadium redevelopment it will all sail staright through planning, I heard that's a thing
