I would also suggest any property developer worth their salt would at the very least wait until the PI decision before selling up as land that has planning is more valuable and easier to sell than land without.

The Cas poster was spot on about Newmarket getting called in the day before the announcement so it is a worry. Would make sense that somethings changed in regards to the apparent changing of our plans.
