No need to take your frustration out on me when everyone else has commented on the subject. I just gave my opinion on a forum that is for opinions. I just replied to someone that quoted me. The fact you pulled me up on it but no one else just shows you up as an Internet bully |

Like many I'd be disappointed, but the club is bigger than Tom and we move on.
We're very lucky we have another TJ in the making in Lewis Murphy. |

I know it’s the rules but I hate that a player who has decided to leave… and has announced a new club for next year … still plays out their contract…
I like Tom and he’s been a great player for the club… but if he’s going he should just go! I can’t cheer him any more.. he’s made his decision and it’s to not play for my club.
It’s the flaw in the contact system … great for players… for fans

It is actually a result of the switch to summer rugby I believe and is in fact much worse in the NRL.
Wakefield at least wait until the season is over or part way through the off season when the bargain basement signings are available.
