| We just didn't get the rub of the green or bounce of the ball when we needed it but our goal-line defence was fantastic, something that has been a weakness even through our good streak. Leeds got some opportunities from broken field play and took them well but wouldn't mind seeing the replay today to see how many forward passes they got away with this week.
If we can keep most of the squad, get lee Smith fit and add a few others we can really improve in 2013 imo

| Reasons we lost?
Same old story against Leeds. Close but if we let the likes of Watkins, Jones Bishop and Hardaker see some space it's try time. We just don't have the pace in the team to recover.
The interception by Hall really gave Leeds the game, after that they were always favourites.
Couldn't make my mind up if Sykes repeated drop outs were bad kicks or poorly executed attempts for touch. Either way Leeds got their repeat sets from about the 20 instead of downfield.
Inability or lack of confidence to take some of Sinfield's kicks before the bounce.
On the +ve side I think the away support and rugby on show from both Saturday games helped rescue the playoffs for Sky after Friday's dross.

| We were in with a shout of winning it until the last 15 mins where we threw the ball about a bit too much & lost some composure. But a good competitive game of rugby and we pushed Leeds all the way.
We were undone a little through the centre positions I thought and Leeds had pace to burn big time and we couldn't get near them once they got through our defensive line. Thought our forwards were fantastic and we were on a par with Leeds. We had a couple of tough calls against us with the Leeds forward pass and our pass by Sykes called forward that wasn't but overall the better team won on the day.
Well done Wakefield & I look forward to next season!

| Well what can I say that others have not, I have enjoyed this season the first time in many years and if we the fans want more of the same =#0000FFwe should be buying season tickets now, put the money in the clubs/Agars hands to buy some good quality players..
Just one down side for me our fans was too quiet for the first time in ages, we need to be loud for as much of the game as possible.. but ay you all have been excellent all season..

| It's been a blast !
This team have surpassed all expectations, especially when you think back to where we were 2 months ago and the support from the fans has been fantastic.
Ok, we did pull up a bit short last night but, assuming we have only a small amount of changes in the squad for next season, thing look really good for next season.
Well done boys and respect to Agar and Glover

| It was a great effort by the lads cant blow your chances in a cup tie and we did and we will learn from it Like Sykes but we need a quality stand off and a bit more pace in the centres
Not far away and on another night we could have won the game breaker was Washbrooks error score then and Leeds are on the back foot and game on but I cant knock the lad hes being great all season
Poor turn out by the fickle Leeds fans

| Well played last night Wakefield. Shame Collis didn't get his pass off or it could have swung the game back.

| Yup, well played Wakey. It may be no consolation, but you played better than at least two of the teams that made it to the first round of play offs.

| Cracking effort. Can't fault the effort.
Smith excellent, defence for 60 mins excellent. Somebody please tell me Ellis was injured and that's why he didn't come back on?? They didn't score with him on field I don't think??
Burrows did us. We couldn't get near him out of acting half, that and Watkins breaking tackles at will.
Anyhow, irrelevant of all that, great effort. Far exceeded expectation.
Proud to be Wakey!!!

| Unlucky Wakey - you can be proud of your team, not just for the last game, but the 7 before it. You have plenty to look forward to next season - all the best.
