Who is making this decision? I'm concerned that a Chairman who is new to the sport is leaving decisions to a Chief Exec with no track record. Big, big decision here, big test of this regime.

If it means spending that little more to get quality in so be it.
Butwhoever comes deserves clean slate to see of they can take us forward. If it's not the appointment you want, be apprehensive of course but try be supportive atlases till season starts.
