| Did I hear Elston correctly last night when he said grounds need to be fully covered?

| May have misunderstood but I think it says a minimum of 12,000 under cover which must include 5,000 seated.
If you have that in a stadium that holds 20,000 I think your OK to have one end uncovered.

| On a side note to the main topic, James also mentioned that one of the various options (plan 'D' maybe) considered is temporary stands.
At which venue he means, I'm not sure, maybe Belle Vue or another stadium somewhere fairly local?

Seems to conveniently suit a few of the bigger clubs that seating criteria, how surprising!

.....and that club my friend is Featherstone Rovers who have been offered somebody elses stand(s) for nothing......so long as they pay for the removal and transportation costs......

31007_1580947500.jpg EVENTUALLY, WE'LL WIN SOMETHING, ,MAYBE, IF I'M STILL ALIVE THEN:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_31007.jpg |

| Bradford have done too much for Super League to be at risk. They were the first Super League powerhouse, in terms of how the RFL wanted to see it, with a real matchday experience, an American tag, and good crowds. As well as winning loads of stuff.
We all know it is between us and Cas. The geography has determined that. At the moment, Cas are ahead, probably by a decent margin. Whether that will still be the case come mid-summer is anyone's guess, as it will depend on how much emphasis the RFL give to the stadium the two clubs will actually and definitely be playing in come 2012.

| Bradford should be safe for a while yet. Their ground whilst not modern still ticks alot of boxes and their average attendance are still healthy even considering how poor they've been recently. They've continually brought youngsters through to first team players and for now at least they offer alot more than a number of clubs, us included

| Quote: kinleycat "Maybe that was a reason for the "15000" attendance!'"
It WAS 15k.
I was there. Were you? The ground was as full as it has been for a few years. No-one who was there is disagreeing with the reported crowd figure.
In fact, for a stadium licensed for 26k, I really cannot see where a further 11k would have fitted in.
Incidentally, the Tetley Main Stand holds 5.3k, and the Coral stand holds 0.8k, all under cover and seated. A simple lid over the Popular Terrace would address all the criteria being bandied about above regarding 12k covered/covered on 3 sides/5k seated. And that is the worst-case scenario. So the mischievous minority need a few more straws to clutch at.

| Lad at work is a Bulls fan and he said exactly the same - the biggest crowd down there for years and years so I assume the 15K will be correct.
Come on - any genuine RL fan does not want Bradford out of SL !! They are and will always be one of the big clubs of the competition. Yes they've had a few indifferent years but doesnt everybody ?? Some more than others.......
Ive no problem with Odsal at all - especially on a hot June afternoon with a few beers flowing in the away end
