Pretty sure you wouldnt feel the same about relegation if it was another club (ie Wakefield) in your position now and the Bulls were in a safe position.

To make a claim like that suggests you know me, which I doubt you do. I have followed this club long enough to know that relegation has happened enough in our past and we always lived to fight another day. So yes I would still feel the same way. At the end of the day if a team gets less points on the league table than others then they deserve to be relegated. That is exactly how I feel about promotion and relegation and to be honest if Bradford get their points back and finish above us, then (points back aside) we only have ourselves to blame, after all they have done the league double over us.

How about this, we get to end of season and Bradford are 8 points behind the next team, the rfl gives them the six points back, no court action, no difference to the final league positions. Bob's your uncle!

Well LE report in tomorrows paper that Green is hoping to be in court either this week or early next week for a decision re restoration of the 6 pts.

And the RFL have refused to publish the appeal hearings report due to it containing some 'high sensitive information'. They've even declined to publish a summary of it. Bloody frustrating that the fans are still no nearer to finding out just what occurred.

I'm not sure that's the case; isn't he going to court to have the decision of the independent panel not to hear his appeal be re-examined?

I don't think the High Court has the power to overturn a sporting sanction handed down by a governing body, and even if they do have the power, I doubt they'd have the inclination.
