Mr Glover fill's the funding gap of J32 and buys WTW a 50% share.

Half red, white and blue & half black and amber- for the short term.

When NM comes through the red tape, is approved and built WTW move out & CT repay the initial 50% & thus then own J32 in full with WTW playing from NM.

TBH the more I think about it the more it seems like the logical option we've all ignored all along.
1 Stadium being used by 2 teams would give us both the quality stadium we need and give us both much more spending power due to reduced cost of upkeep. Short term & long term I honestly think this needs very serious consideration.

Doubt it what if cas can't afford to buy the 50% stake in three years time? Also do you think glover would be prepared to splash out say £7.5m on a temporary home with no real guarantee of a return for his cash?

There is no funding gap. All the pieces of funding are there, it's just accessing them all. The PROBIZ Coliseum is our single, most valuable asset and we don't want to/need to sell it on the cheap just because we have to build a new stadium.

Wakefields new stadium needs to be in the Wakefield City boundries for the club to reach it's potential whether Newmarket or queens drive the old power station or where ever. If we ever got involved in GH it would be the start of the end of the club it would not benefit us at all Wakefield need to play in Wakefield long term. Regarding Newmarket with it going to be a year until the decission a good plan B would be Queens Drive with Ossett Town selling Stade France to Tesco they are looking to relocate there if we were involved we could build a bigger stadium there plus it was reported Wakefield Fc are been chucked out of College Grove they could be involved too only an idea but we need a back up incase the community Stadium at if NM doesnt get permission

So are you waiting a while to sell wheldon Rd then or looking for buyers at the moment I'd have thought you would have needed the money Asap to get GH started. Do you know if wheldon rd has any charges on it there's a cas fan at work who says there's at least 4 charges to pay on it. I told him that can't be true can it?

You're asking questions I don't know the answers to re: Coliseum.

Ben Bailey Homes are still tied into the original deal and have until October to make their minds up whether they want to buy it.

But as it's a prime bit of land, there will be other buyers interested, I have no doubt.
