If we're not careful the game may become even tougher if we're not smart early on'"
Technically you are spot on.
Yet perversely this season we have lost most games we have started strongly in - Cas the most recent.
We seem to do better in games we hang on in there and then grind them down or frustrate them (not sure which).
I know it's wrong but I want a slow cautious start from us with desperate defence, get them annoyed and then snipe back as the game goes on - not pretty but possibly our best chance. Quality teams always struggle against teams that won't let them play or as they say "get into em". To be fair on our lads I think we have played quality RL in most games but on this occasion we may have to compromise.

| I don't think it's any coincidence our strong starts of late have been when Fifita has started...we also seem to lose a bit when he goes off too...I think the good thing for Saturday is collectively, in terms of experience and go forward it will be the strongest pack he has been a part of since joining us.
The difficult decision will be whether to start him or use him as impact off the bench? In the last round at Huddersfield his opening spell was a match winning one putting us in a strong early position we kept hold of....could he do the same from the start on Saturday against a very strong Warrington pack, I'm not so sure?
Really excited about this now though...I know we've a few quality players missing and are massive underdogs but I've a good gut feeling we will give a really good account of ourselves and maybe cause an upset...

| I also have a quiet confidence about this one, and have gone through the season with the same thoughts most of the time. Every time I have seemed to feel over confident, we have been brought back down to earth.
I am happy for us having the underdogs tag.
I was also thinking with some of the knocks we have picked up and players not playing etc (Ashurst excepted), dare I sense Chester playing a few mind games.

| Worse defence in the leave versus best attack.
Hope our defense is up for the challenge?!

| Overall, not too bad a squad, considering the injuries.
Yates to miss out, but not quite sure which other one. Think Walton has played quite well lately, and Hall can cover a few positions, so probably Bill Tupou is the other omission for me.

| Because players aren't included within the 19 man squad doesn't mean that they won't feature on Saturday. Playing Simon after a hamstring injury would be a risk as we could be down to a 3 man bench...
My 17 for Saturday will be:
Max Jowitt
Craig Hall
Joe Arundel
Reece Lyne
Ben Jones-Bishop
Jacob Miller
Liam Finn
Nick Scruton
Scott Moore
Scott Anderson (2x NRL Grand Final experiences, W 1 L1)
Anthony Tupou
Danny Kirmond
Mikey Sio
Jason Walton (He has surprised me these past few month)
David Fifita
Tirinau Arona
Andy Yates/Mickael Simon
So Crowther and B. Tupou to miss out. Bill picked up an injury, even if he was first that'd be my starting backline ATM.

| FWIW, Seems like Warrington fans believe there's a reason why Patton is in the team however I remember him playing us last year and he played very well so there is potential doubt doubt over atleast one Ratchford, Sandow and Gidley...

| I'd be happy for Wire to take a gamble on a not quite fit Sandow, Gidley or Ratchford, than a fully fit Patten.
Then again Terry Campese beat us on wooden legs!
