| Outplayed them, had 70% of possession easily and still lost. We haven't a clue close to the line, I really fear for us going forward.

Close but no cigar. Created sod all again though.

| Fair play Westerman, cracking performance. Just pipped Thaler as our best player.

| It’s a start we played for 80 minutes and there were a lot of positives, once again lost a key player to a head high shot

| Don't bother crediting Hull then for good defence as it's been all season, again we lose a player for the match. Thought we did really well tonight, we just need to have some composure in the final opposition quarter we can take a lot from tonight

| A different Wakefield Trinity that turned up today, Alas we are still lacking in attacking ideas in the opponent's ten metre area and our points came from opportunist tries. A bit of hope for the future though.

| Really dont get some people how can it be said we played well.is it just because score was close we had all the ball and most of it in there 30,the ref did what he could for us we got alot of resets and pens.hull attacked our line twice in second half scored both times.hull really where there for the taking they played a full extra time game on sunday we have had 2 extra days to prepare.its another game lost we should be winning like the leeds game.

| I have to say another disappointment for me is Lino goal kicking, is it lack of practice, or lacking ability. Not having a go at him, just disappointed.

The two he missed he should've converted. Puts a little more pressure on Hull

| Lino isn’t the answer for me. He’s just not involved enough and when he is it’s poorly executed. Yes I know it takes time but based on what I’ve seen he’s not what we need. Thought our best ball handler tonight was Westerman..
We seem to be doing it tough again losing Miller last week and Jowitt tonight, not saying they’d have won us the game but certainly makes a difference. Ended up with K Wood and Westerman at 6 & 7 at the end.
Frustrating.

| I counted at least 19 unforced errors by a wide spread of Trinity players but I thought 2 of Kays schoolboy stuff lead to Hull scores. Nearly a 3rd if not for Thaler sending that last one up as no-try.
Arona and Westerman were faultless throughout. What a waste

| Lino was kicking goals from the touch line for fun against dewsbury . Much better performance for me , cut out the silly mistakes in our game and we’ll give anyone a game ,but keep handing the ball over with brain farts and it will be a tough season. Had some moves near the line as well with well worked try by batch , but coach killing mistakes are still prevalent, but definitely improvements with attitude and effort

Westerman was best in most facets tonight.
Some of the passing by his team mates was shocking
