Tom`s agent would be doing him a disservice if he stays in Rugby League. Without doubt he should move to Rugby Union, he is an amazing athlete with all the qualities to make it in RU. financially it would be a no brainer. The RFU would finance the transfer fee and blow Leeds or NRL club out of the water, remember they paid £ 500,000 transfer fee to Cas for Solomona, the RFU would also assist any of the RU Prem clubs with his wages. The money he could earn in RU would surpass anything he could earn in the NRL. I also think that he has the talent to gain international honors with England RU. I am sure that Tom will be on Eddie Jones radar, they would be mad not to make a play for him.

I’m not sure what would be worse - Going to RU or going to Leeds. First and foremost Tom should stay in RL. As it would pain me to see him in a Leeds shirt going down the line to score against us (remember Nigel Wright taking that intercept at Wigan and changing the game against us - it hurts) I’d support a move3 to NRL.

Players like TJ should be winning trophies, He hasn't got any chance of that at Wakefield . I suspect a few more will want to go. It can't be fun languishing at the bottom of the table with no signs of it getting any better. We have to be smarter but no-one has a clue what is needed at our club.

He must stay in league would be wasted in union and wasted going to a backwards going leeds team nrl his only real option of choice either sharks playing off sean johnson or raiders playing off wighton and williams would be best fit for his style of play and how those teams play

They paid no transfer fee whatsoever for Solomona, Cas had to fight an expensive legal battle to get compensation out of the RU club he moved to (sorry forgot which club it was).

I doubt anyone would hold it against Tom to give it a go whilst he can and i'd hope the club would allow him to so if he got the chance, whilst at the same time getting the best deal possible for the club. TJ is 25 now, he's not a young up and comer anymore and he should be in his peak over the next 3 or 4 years, fitness permitting. Outside backs don't tend to get as long at the top of their game, Ryan Hall is a perfect example of a player who left it too late to move. He's got all the materials to be a great success out there but for the sake of his career he'd need to go sooner rather than later.

I thought this two as going to another sport it’s easier to break your contract. I hope this doesn’t happen. NRL may have as much money as Union but may not value him in that bracket yet. I hope he goes to Eels instead as my team and Ferguson is stealing a wage for doing naff all.

I for one (selfishly) hope he stays with us. Can't blame him though if he sees the bright lights and $$$$ signs of the NRL.
