It wasn't a discussion about comparing contracts it was one about comparing injury records. And over the 3 years they have been here they aren't that dis-similar yet nobody was calling for Ali to be released. Collis has had one bad season, in the previous two he didn't miss too many. |

True Mable regarding on a fortune,when Collis,Kirmo,Ali and Anderson were out injured ,it was a 1/3 of our salary cap on the sidelines.Class act though,hope we have the luxury of keeping him. |

wow I think you are reading way too much into this, its a totally unsupported rumour and you think Cas fans are saying we can sign anyone we want from anyone who was below us in the table ?. its a rumour end of I think and a poor one at that. |

I remember against Hudds at their place we had Tautai out as well as Kirmo, Collis Ali & Lyne but Anderson played. |

Standard operating procedure - they make excuses for the favoured clubs whilst totally refusing to acknowledge that others have exactly the same problems, but exacerbated by their smaller squads. |

It certainly points out the risk of running with a smaller squad next year. Injuries and suspensions will happen and the smaller but higher paid the squad the likelihood of that percentage situation arising more often increases.
