From my understanding the North Stand will not have segregation. The new owners don't like how it has been done and plans are in place to improve the stand.

We could certainly do with some statement of clarity from the club.

They are wanting to put some concessions booths at the back of it for food and drink, If you segregate you stop the bottom of the stand having access to them and therefore limit their potential. Seems crazy that unreserved space is segregated as it was, North Stand has always been a first come basis, if you have a favourite spot then get there early and spend some money in the ground

I called in the shop yesterday to order a NS season ticket, preferably upper. Daz was busy sorting out someone else & tbh looked a bit frazzled with it all. When I told him what I wanted he directed me online, but I queried this upper/lower issue & he said that it will be sorted when we collect our tickets. I’m sure plenty of folk will want to stand in the lower section, bad weather being the only issue which would force people up. I’m just hoping we don’t end up with some mad sun bed dash to grab upper section tickets. Some clarity here would be appreciated.

Wasn't the North Stand upper segregated because it had limited capacity? I know people just wondered in not long after games started because they never really checked your ticket, it seemed at bit of a waste of time really.

And a waste of money having to employ four or five stewards just to stand there checking tickets every time someone left to buy something or use the toilets.

I suspect the club were told that's what had to be, something must have changed, unless we're not bothering next season .

Well I found today that there's no definitive answer from club shop staff so we'll all have to just wait and see.

Is the whole North Stand now full of season ticket holders or is there still an allocation for match day entry? It doesn't say ought right sold out, just sold out of season tickets for that stand

It says the stand is sold out.

If there are tickets left for that stand, it's not sold out.

Fair enough reading too much into it.
