Harsh.
He came initially to offer what looked to me like a sincere apology for a miscommunication; he was bombarded with ideas and suggestions and took some of them on board, changing the club's position on the fly in response. If he had ignored those suggestions, you'd be condemning him for being intransigent and ignoring supporters.
It was probably a bad idea - this is not the place to seek intelligent, constructive feedback. |

| So what people are saying that the view in the East stand is not good..?? If they knock down the dug outs you could see all they way up the pitch either way..

All of the things that were suggested could have been foreseen quite easily.
For the record I still view him as intransigent, the needless segregation looks set to continue, simply because the club refuse to tackle root cause. |

The old "home" dugout is higher than the "away" one. This wasn't the case until the late 70s/early 80s when it was raised to it's current level. When this happened there was an influx of fans to the west from the east as the view was further restricted.
The main issue with the east side is that the terracing is very very flat, so it's hard to see.
