A Cas fan on Facebook is adamant the WMDC loaned us £9M to build the East stand as Yorkcourt didn’t stump up the finance, he then suggested that Matt Ellis paid this loan off when buying the club. I don’t know how to do it but he says it’s all in the clubs accounts and in the public domain for all to see. Sounds like bo110x to me. |

If YC didn't pay up, they would have ended up in court for failing to satisfy the S106, with the Directors struck off, wouldn't they??

Yeah I thought the same, plus why has no one else picked up on this point? And strangely I’ve not seen anyone posting in the Cas forum regarding the £9M the council lent us. |
