Cas (who???) are expecting Planning approval for their new ground on 22nd March, I believe. Haven't we heard that two or three times before? Although there's a fear that some of the expected retailers may not take up sites owing to Brexit, whatever that is.

I heard at the Leeds game that there was good news around the corner, but it wasnt a new east stand.

I had heard we were hoping to turn the pitch around, and re develop from there, as it is a better fit for the land. I have heard this more than once recently.

By the way, none of this from the chippy, as i havent had any in 2019.

Ttere is a CTSC event at the ground tonight "meet the directors" and a guy from Axiom will be in attendance to give an update and answer any questions. AFAIK 55% of the units are signed up and Lateral/Axiom are very frustrated that they haven't been able to get started on site yet.
Surprised any one hasn't commented on MC's interview in League Express this week regarding D day for the ground.

Good interview with mc from John Davidson on episode 37 of “by the balls”. Mainly about his full tenure at the club but the last 5 mins or so is about belle vue. He sounds very positive and that within the next week, and he jokingly admits that he’s been saying this for a while, that there would be positive news about belle vue and that there are some legalities to tie up. He admits that maybe we concentrated on Newmarket too much and that belle vue is where we should be.
