Invested in the ground dear me . Cant believe you guys are falling for this. ha ha you make me laugh some of you belong in the doldrums with the ground and us as a club rotting away.

For those questioning what's happened with the money from the ground sale, the initial funds were used to pay off the bank with the rest that's been received to date helping fund some of the general club overheads. There's still more to come, but I believe that most of this will be used as the club's contribution to the community trust for the new stadium.
The issue of the club calling an AGM does concern me a little. I bought shares in the issue at the beginning of last year but haven't seen any accounts or been invited to an AGM. I believe that the last meeting of shareholders was the EGM that approved the issue of new shares.

The things that are the biggest joke with the ground NGB4C don't particularly involve money to rectify. |

the rules / laws have changed, the club do not have to have an AGM now.
not sure about whether or not they have to issue accounts to shareholders, or how many are needed to call an EGM though. |
