id rather NGBC be CEO than Elston....least NBGC has passion for Wakefield.
That guy loves and has always loved leeds.... i remember 10 year back he told me 'wakefield are crap, should be in nl1'.... now hes ceo.

I always feel that your CEO at a professional club should have the club in his blood.
He's from Leeds, and in the not too dim and distant past, I believe held the same position at Hull KR.
How well they have progressed in the past 3-4 years.

Not sure I agree. To have the club in your blood means so much more than just turning up in a suit and making a few decisions. |

A Super League club is a business and cut throat at that. There is no room for sentiment. The CEO is there to make tough decisions but it appears the only decisions ours has made is to employ people who are his mates.
Oh for the days last season when all we had to moan about was AG on the bus back from London i think, having a few beers on the coach!  |
