No need to panic, injuries are part of everones season.

Southern played at prop and small though he is was OK and with Raleigh, Wilkes and Johnson playing well we are ok. Obviously if it's long term then we need to call back James or put our faith in Spires or Lillycrop or look elsewhere. I'd prefer the former, as you never know what you might discover. All players start somewhere, usually in these situations.

You never know, if Amor is out for a while he may come back and have to fight James or Spiers for a place.

We can't recall James until the end of february and i don't think Spiers is ready for week in week out superleague just yet. A loan move for a prop might be needed if Amor is to miss a few weeks.

Personally don't agree that Spiers couldn't do a game or two, depends how severe Amors injury is as you say.

Very reluctant now to make a short term signing when I reckon we can cope for at least a month, A second prop gets injured and we may well be struggling but fingers crossed and all that.

Had a look at his twitter and cant see anything unless its been deleted. How would he know ots not a straight forward break without a scan?

Bad news if true, he was immense last night. I blame the pitch.

On the Wakefield Wildcats Facebook page, there is a comment from Wakefield, saying that there is no injury to Kyle Amor.

So, between twitter and facebook we have gone from a broken hand to absolute jack, maybe if it had a hashtag it would have been ok.

It was and he removed it, dunno if it was a wind up, but his right hand/thumb was strapped for the whole game
