yeh..tremendous defence for the try when he just stopped for no reason ! and still not managed to break a tackle !
not slagging him but feel we were better at the start of the season with smurph at full back.

I think its called selective memory syndrome or something like that. The good thing is it will all change when he scores a couple of tries

I like Morton, think he is a quality prospect.

Blaymire did some good stuff yesterday, but he also went missing a fair few times throughout the game, most notably when he just gave up halfway through running to defend yet another try.

Having said that, pretty much the whole team went missing for most of the first half, so Blaymire can hardly be singled out!

Blaymire was sound enough, thought jeffries played ok, sam tried but please please stop him kicking the ball!!!

I take it you're not a fan of 40/20's then as Sam has kicked our only 2 this season that I can think of.

morton is quality, some of his finishing since breaking into the first team has been sublime. as for lacking pace ? he is probably one of the quickest at the club.(some people on here still want to see JD in the centre!!!)
still young and will have bad games, but on the whole a brilliant young local prospect.

Agreed. Don't think there is even a question here. The biggest advantage is that he doesn't look the part cos he isn't the size of a second row like some are, but he does his job well, and that's all I want.
