Like your selection Willzay. Obst certainly one of the best. His work rate was phenomenal. I once saw him make six consecutive tackles at the play the ball. Only other person that I've seen match that was Pita Godinet. Morrison was a big loss to this club. I would have liked him to stay in some capacity, ditto JD. |

Ray price / Wally Lewis - just for raising the clubs profile and media attention
Garen Casey (and a few others) without which we would not be where we are today

It's rare but I seem to remember Richard Slater doing that a few times too, he was a tackling machine!
In terms of my favourite overseas players I'd go with:
JD - his commitment to the Trinity cause was unquestionable
Solomona - absolutely oozed class
Sonny Whakarau - just one of my favourite players but I can't really say why |

Hard one this but I always had a big soft spot for Obst, cracking player for us. JD and Solomona would be the others.
If we can count current players I'd have Fifita in as well.

Ray Price stands out for me above all others, his heart was as big as they come, imagine the impact had we managed to secure him earlier on before his first retirement. Would have loved to see him stay on as coach.
